Gioia Placuzzi She represents the second generation of the family business, which she joined immediately after graduating from Bocconi University of Milan in Business and Management and specialized in Marketing and Strategy at Cass Business School in London. Following a personal passion of hers (she graduated at the Gemological Institute of America in London) she had the intuition to develop the refined micromosaic art in a contemporary jewellery line, recovering an ancient tradition dating back to the late XVIII Century. This is how Sicis Jewels was born. After several years of intense collaboration, in 2018 she became the creative director with the aim of growing the SICIS jewellery and watchmaking brand and business.
